How we started
Mingle Guru first started helping Indian singles find dates in 2004 by hosting our very first speed-dating event in Wembley, London.
Our journey
Our ambition was to introduce singles to a different way of finding dates outside of the Aunties Introductions Network.
Speed-dating events were taking place across many communities however it was certainly new to many Indian singles that attended. Since its inception speed-dating has exploded globally and across all communities and still continues to be a quick way to meet people in person with the sole intention to filter and find matches.
Speed-dating is a good way to meet many singles in one night but it's not always a convenient time or date and so we developed a digital service to give Indian singles more flexibility and options to meet other singles in the UK.
